Packing Location: DC Storage 4651 40th Avenue Hudsonville, MI
During this MobilePack event, you will join members of your community in packing MannaPackTM meals for starving children around the world. Together we need to raise the funds to pay for these meals. While donations are not required to pack food, please prayerfully consider a donation to help us reach our fundraising goal. A point to consider: in one two-hour packing session, the average volunteer produces about $40 worth of food.
Please make note of the following items when preparing to pack meals at FMSC:
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your shift.
- Volunteers must wear close-toed shoes.
- Volunteers should stay at home if they are not feeling well or if they have severe food allergies.
- Bring your camera! You are welcome to take pictures of your group during times directed by our FMSC Team Leaders.
- Merchandise—including t-shirts and global items from the FMSC Marketplace—will be available for purchase. Proceeds help support the MobilePack Event and FMSC’s food-packing program.
